A delightful Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting that adds sweetness and fluffy texture to any dessert.

  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
  3. Add in the marshmallow fluff, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
  4. Beat the mixture on medium speed for about 3-5 minutes until it’s light and fluffy.
  5. Adjust the consistency with more heavy cream if needed.
  6. Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or cookies.

Notes

Make sure your butter is softened to room temperature for easier mixing. Use sifted powdered sugar to avoid lumps for a smoother frosting.
