A delectable mash-up of cheesy goodness and savory meat sauce, reminiscent of lasagna but with the ease of spaghetti.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, breaking it apart, until no longer pink.
  4. Simmer the sauce by adding marinara and Italian seasoning to the beef for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Layer in a baking dish: spaghetti, meat sauce, and cream cheese mixture, repeating layers and reserving some sauce for the top.
