A beautifully miso-glazed salmon that balances sweet, salty, and umami flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Brush the miso mixture generously over each fillet.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
