  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice.
  2. Next, take your chicken thighs and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. As the chicken is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Once the grill is hot, grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust harissa to taste. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
