A beautifully layered Neapolitan cake with chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla flavors, perfect for any celebration.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Strawberries and whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the yogurt and milk.
  6. Divide the batter into three bowls and mix in strawberry puree, chocolate, or cocoa powder for the different batters.
  7. Pour each batter into the prepared pans, spreading evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool the cakes in the pans before transferring to a wire rack.
  10. Layer with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and chocolate chips.
  11. Serve and enjoy this stunning dessert.
