A delightful no-bake dessert combining the rich flavors of Biscoff cookies with a creamy filling, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 250g Biscoff Cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 125g Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 200g Biscoff Spread
  • 100g Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 8×8 inch baking dish to form the base.
  3. Mix the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the filling over the cookie base and spread evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set, preferably overnight.
  6. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For added texture, consider adding nuts or chocolate chips to the filling.
