A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with caramel sauce and crunchy pecans, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 4 oz chocolate, melted
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the powdered sugar and vanilla extract with the cream cheese, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain a light texture.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Add caramel sauce and half of the chopped pecans on top.
  7. Add the remaining cheesecake mixture, smoothing it out.
  8. Decorate with more caramel sauce, melted chocolate, and the remaining pecans.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Cover tightly with plastic wrap for storage. Lasts up to 5 days in the fridge; can be frozen for up to 2 months.
