Delicious and easy no-bake granola cups made with peanut butter, granola, and chocolate chips, perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the granola, peanut butter, and honey in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and optional nuts or seeds.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each liner, pressing down firmly to form cups.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
