  2. Add rolled oats: Add rolled oats to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Incorporate chocolate chips: Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Blend with milk: Pour in milk and stir until thick and sticky.
  5. Prepare the muffin tin: Line a muffin tin with liners or grease it.
