A creamy and indulgent pasta dish featuring ravioli and crispy bacon for comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 package ravioli (your choice of filling)
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy and golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
  5. Season with freshly cracked black pepper and salt to taste.
  6. Gently toss in the cooked ravioli and crispy bacon, coating them with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added veggies, toss in some peas or asparagus. Use store-bought ravioli for speed or homemade for a special occasion.
