Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy, savory mixture, perfect for appetizers and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup cooked clams, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, clams, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
