  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 package (3 oz) orange gelatin mix
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup boiling water

  1. Dissolve the Gelatin: In a large bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin mix in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Fold in the Fruits and Marshmallows: Gently fold in the mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows into the gelatin mixture.
  3. Incorporate the Whipped Cream: Once the fruits are mixed in thoroughly, gently fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Chill and Set: Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
