Indulgent chocolate-covered Oreo truffles that are easy to make and deliciously satisfying.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz chocolate (for coating)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo Cookies by placing them in a food processor and pulsing until fine crumbs form.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a large bowl, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Add sprinkles or crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
  8. Let the truffles sit at room temperature or in the refrigerator to firm up completely for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. These truffles can also be frozen for up to three months.
