A vibrant summer salad featuring creamy burrata cheese, ripe peaches, and peppery arugula, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh peaches
  • 8 oz Burrata cheese
  • 4 cups Arugula
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice fresh peaches and set them aside.
  2. Arrange the arugula on a serving plate as the base.
  3. Place the burrata cheese in the center of the arugula.
  4. Add the sliced peaches around the burrata.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
