Delightful cookies combining rich peanut butter and crunchy Butterfinger pieces for a nostalgic treat.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the chopped Butterfinger pieces gently.
  4. Shape tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
