Dreamy and creamy bites that capture the nostalgic flavors of peanut butter and jelly in cheesecake form.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup jam (your choice of flavor, e.g., strawberry or grape)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Prepare the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly mixed.
  4. Form the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
  5. Layer the peanut butter mixture over the crust and swirl in the jam.
  6. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until set.
  7. Pop them out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. Softening the cream cheese is crucial for smooth filling.
