  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine diced pears, chopped pecans, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
