A delightful Pesto Pasta dish celebrating flavor and freshness, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or your choice)
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional, for garnish)
  • Pine nuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Combine pasta with pesto: In a large mixing bowl, combine the hot pasta with the basil pesto and olive oil. Toss gently until coated.
  3. Stir in cheese: Add the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to mix.
  4. Serve it up: Dish out your pasta onto plates or in a serving bowl and garnish with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts. Enjoy!
