Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  3. Take one biscuit at a time, and gently roll it out into a rope shape, about 6 inches long, and tie it into a knot.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Using a pastry brush, generously coat each knot with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the knots are puffed and lightly golden.
  7. Remove the knots from the oven and sprinkle with optional grated Parmesan cheese or parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding more minced garlic or red pepper flakes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
