Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.
  5. Assemble a spoonful of scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheese on each dough triangle.
  6. Roll up each crescent roll tightly from the wide end.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
