These Brazilian chocolate truffles get a delightful twist with pistachios for a nutty crunch and a vibrant green hue.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup finely ground pistachios
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk and chopped white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until thickened.
  2. Cool the mixture slightly to allow it to set.
  3. Grease your hands with butter to prevent sticking.
  4. Form small portions into bite-sized balls, rolling them until smooth.
  5. Roll each ball in finely ground pistachios to coat.
  6. Chill the brigadeiros in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. These are also naturally gluten-free.
