A warm and gooey cookie baked in a skillet, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the perfect dessert.

Instructions

  3. Whisk wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Add chocolate chips, stirring to distribute evenly.
  6. Spread the dough into a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; the center should be soft and gooey.
  8. Cool slightly, then serve topped with vanilla ice cream.
