  • 9 pieces lasagna noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Mix the ricotta cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Begin layering with a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your baking dish.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, followed by 1 cup of mozzarella cheese topped with another layer of marinara sauce.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of noodles.
  7. Top with your remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
