  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup red and blue M&M’s or chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until creamy.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the red and blue M&M’s and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop generous spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
