A nostalgic twist on classic S’mores, combining Rice Krispies, marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate chips into rolled treats.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Add the mini marshmallows and stir gently until melted and smooth.
  2. Combine the Rice Krispies cereal with the melted mixture, stirring until coated.
  3. Add in the crushed graham crackers and chocolate chips, folding them into the mixture.
  4. Press the mixture onto parchment paper in an even rectangle.
  5. Roll it up tightly into a log shape using the parchment paper.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then slice into rounds.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For extended storage, freeze for up to 2 months.
