A simple and delicious Lemon Chicken Romano recipe that combines crispy chicken with tangy lemon and savory Romano cheese.

  • 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Beat the eggs and mix in the lemon juice in a shallow bowl.
  3. Combine the grated Romano cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
