  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the honey and eggs until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sugar in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.

  8. Prepare the cream by mixing sour cream and heavy cream in a separate bowl.
  9. Layer the sour cream mixture between the cake layers.
