Ingredients

  • Fresh Corn: 4 cups, kernels removed from about 6 ears of corn
  • Heavy Cream: 1 cup
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons, unsalted
  • All-Purpose Flour: 1/4 cup
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Breadcrumbs: 1/2 cup, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for the creamy delight that awaits.
