  • 1 oz coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
  • ½ oz salted caramel syrup (or caramel sauce with a pinch of sea salt)
  • Ice

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew your espresso by allowing it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine vodka, coffee liqueur, cooled espresso, and salted caramel syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add ice to the shaker, filling it halfway.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
  5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
