Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Eggs
  • Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Bacon or sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • Bell peppers (diced)
  • Onions (diced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a sheet pan to form a large rectangle.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil, then pre-bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden.
  4. Crack the eggs evenly over the pizza dough, spacing them out.
  5. Add the cooked bacon or sausage, diced bell peppers, onions, and cheese evenly over the pizza.
  6. Season with additional salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
