A delightful and easy sheet pan chicken and broccoli recipe that combines juicy chicken infused with garlic and paprika with tender roasted broccoli, served with fresh lemon wedges.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a sheet pan.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the same pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender.
  6. Serve the chicken and broccoli with fresh lemon wedges on the side.

Notes
