  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Feta cheese for topping
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade mixture.
  4. Arrange the chicken on a large sheet pan, surrounded by the sliced bell peppers, onion, cherry tomatoes, and lemon slices.
  5. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
