Easy and flavorful Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil that brings the essence of a traditional boil into your home without the hassle of setup and cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound small red potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the shrimp, halved potatoes, sliced sausage, and pieces of corn in a large bowl.
  3. Coat with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to your preference. You can add more Old Bay or garlic powder for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
