A comforting dish featuring tender lasagna noodles filled with a creamy shrimp and Parmesan mixture, topped with melted mozzarella.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Combine the cooked shrimp, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until well mixed.
  6. Spread a portion of the shrimp mixture onto each noodle, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Pour the remaining creamy mixture over the roll-ups and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp to avoid a rubbery texture. You can customize the filling with extra veggies like spinach or artichokes.
