  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare large pieces of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine the shrimp, corn, halved potatoes, cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
