  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Crisp the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.
  3. Sauté the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Infuse the Garlic: In the skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice; bring to a simmer.
  5. Create the Sauce: Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth. Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and bacon to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
