Delightful shrimp tacos loaded with spiced shrimp, fresh cabbage, creamy avocado, and topped with cilantro, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by tossing them with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Sauté the shrimp in a medium-high heat skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla and topping with cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.
