  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Mix the cream cheese filling by beating the cream cheese until smooth, adding powdered sugar and vanilla until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl to stiff peaks.
  4. Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Add the chopped strawberries into the filling.
  6. Assemble by pouring the filling over the chilled crust and smoothing the surface.
  7. Glaze the cheesecake with warmed strawberry jam before serving.
