  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Start by taking your chicken breasts and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then dunk it into the beaten eggs.
  4. Heat a large skillet with a generous splash of oil over medium-high heat.
