  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 8 small taco-sized tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Condiments (such as ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small balls; smash onto the skillet to form patties.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  5. Warm the tortillas in another pan until soft and pliable.
  6. Place a cooked burger patty on each tortilla.
  7. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
  8. Finish with your favorite condiments and serve immediately.
