  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 cheese slices
  • Lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat until it’s nice and hot.
  2. Form ground beef into balls weighing about 4-6 ounces each.
  3. Season the beef balls with salt and pepper.
  4. Smash the seasoned beef balls on the hot skillet to create thin patties. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  5. Flip the patty and add a slice of cheese on top. Cook for another minute until melted.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the skillet until golden and slightly crispy.
