A warm and gooey dessert that brings the flavors of classic s’mores into a baked cookie form, perfect for sharing with friends.

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding the next, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then gradually blend this mixture into the creamed butter and sugars until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Spread the cookie dough evenly in a cast-iron skillet.
  7. Top the dough with mini marshmallows.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the marshmallows are toasted.
  9. Cool slightly before serving warm straight from the skillet.

Notes

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for an extra indulgent treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
