Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Mix in dill pickle relish for added flavor if desired.
  4. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish with paprika.
