A delightful twist on a classic, these Spaghetti Garlic Bread Bowls feature cheesy spaghetti cradled in crispy garlic-infused bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the inside.
  3. Mix the butter and minced garlic until well combined.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly inside the bread halves.
  5. Bake the garlic bread halves for about 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Heat the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Fill each bread half with the spaghetti mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the bread for an additional minute after baking. You can also add your favorite veggies to the spaghetti for extra nutrition.
