  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and prep the rice by rinsing it under cold water to remove excess starch.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger; sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add the ground turkey; break into pieces until browned and no longer pink.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of sriracha, and 1 tablespoon of honey; let simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Whisk together mayonnaise, remaining tablespoon of sriracha, and honey for the bang bang sauce in a small bowl.
  8. Divide the rice among bowls, top with spicy turkey mixture, and drizzle with bang bang sauce.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
