Delightful crunchy bites made with fresh spinach and cheese, perfect for a light snack or party treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: spices or herbs of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or alongside a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
