  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
