A vibrant and satisfying steak burrito bowl filled with colorful veggies and topped with your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spices (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder) for seasoning the steak

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and spices.
  2. Cook the steak on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Layer cooked rice, black beans, corn, and tomatoes in a bowl.
  4. Add sliced steak, avocado, lettuce, and cheese on top.
  5. Finish with sour cream and cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
