Juicy marinated steak kabobs with vibrant vegetables, perfect for summer grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 bell pepper (red, green, or yellow)
  • 1 onion (sweet or red)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and onion into similarly sized pieces.
  3. Prepare the marinade by combining olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Marinate the steak cubes and chopped vegetables in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Skewer the steak and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating each item.
  7. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Serve hot with a side of rice or fresh salad.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning. Feel free to mix up the vegetables based on what’s in season.
