Delicious cookies merging the rich flavors of cheesecake and strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  10. Drizzle with melted white chocolate before serving, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to a month.
